  2. Everyone deserves an advocate. Best case scenario, you’re a good advocate during silent writing in the brain, also known as thinking. It’s been helpful for me to imagine (doesn’t hurt anyone!) that whatever I’m worried about having said and done is reasonable… What if it’s totally reasonable, my feelings, and valid given the context? Deciding to honor my human right to a psychological lawyer on my side has helped me avoid sentencing myself to misery, as the only thing I could deserve! From the fancy tie on my wicked throat to the fact I refuse(d) to marry and breed. #selfesteem #praiseyourself #easydoesit

  5. M is al paar uur bezig onderkant trap in de kledingkast en de vloer met het thermisch behang te bekleden en ik?
    Ik heb een off day. Gedoucht, boterham gemaakt en zit zowaar een Nederlandse serie te kijken op NPOstart die lekker kalm, maar ook leuk is.
    Later een #easydoesit maaltijd maken .

    Yuk, nee.
    Braadworstjes in stukjes.
    Dat bakken met chorizo, apart doen, alle groenten in overgebleven bakvet bakken, wijn*alcohol laten verdampen *smaakmakers, wat passata en dan smoren.
    Worst en chorizo erbij, goed doorwarmen en klaar.
    Peterselie erover, brood en kruidenboter ernaast.

  17. I have to say, I am not a fan of hashtags embedded throughout the body of a post. It’s like trying to read poorly translated stereo instructions. Yes, hashtags can be important in finding new sources of information, but don’t get carried away. Stick them at the end. Speak to us like we’re humans. We don’t communicate in code.
