It was a hot one ("7 inches from the mid-day sun", as the song goes) but the #EastYork #CanadaDay #Parade went off well. Tons of people lined the streets in a sea of red and white. The Park event is still going on. Even at 37C/98.6F people were out all afternoon watching the shows from the bandstand. Food trucks and vendors are making cash today! Lots of hand-held fans are in use. #HappyCanadaDay !!!!
