#LuigiMangione: Alleged shooter. His charges should be considered STATE not federal. #NewYork STATE. The 'manifesto' that he is accused of writing said that the shooter didn't want to use a bomb because it would hurt innocent people. A gun would just shoot one person. That's NOT 'terrorism'. It can't be declared terrorism because other coddled #billionaires got scared.
