A 30-year-old black man named #JordanNeely died on a #NewYorkCity #subway #train on Tuesday. He was #upset, #yelling, possibly in the midst of a #mentalhealth #crisis, and then a #white #man came over and put him in a #chokehold and held him in that chokehold for 15 minutes, by the end of which Neely was dead.
