The reason I found was that the file had a space in front of the <?php element and a missing backlash at the end. Oddly enough, of two very similar instances only one produces it. -

Warum haben alle neuen Kunden immer antike Pakete bei #strato ?
Und IMMER wird lustig Support für die schönen alten #PHP Versionen bezahlt. Und da das Zeug so zero performant ist, kann man auch kein #duplicator nutzen und migriert dann schön wie in der #Steinzeit via mySQL Dump und 1:1 FTP Kopie.
Ja, das geht bestimmt schöner, aber ich brauch’ es zu selten, als dass ich da mehr #Magie Kenntnisse erwerben möchte, ich möchte nur das Ende von #strato noch erleben dürfen.
