Alle Macht den [Sowjets] oder: Was macht eine echte Revolution aus?

Ich sag dir, dass alle echten Revolutionen auf derselben Grundlage stehen, aber du solltest niemandem glauben, der so pauschale Aussagen macht.

Ich sag dir, dass alle echten Revolutionen von lokalen Entscheidungsgremien (nennen wir sie #Räte) gemacht werden, die sich dann vernetzen oder zusammenschließen, um eine größere, revolutionäre Gesellschaft aufzubauen.

Und ich fange mit dem traurigsten Beispiel an, das mir einfällt. Alle Macht den Sowjets.

Im März 1917 hatte das russische Volk seine #Februarrevolution (damals gab's einen anderen Kalender, also war Februar im März) und hat den Zaren rausgeschmissen und dann versucht, wie alle Leute in so einer Situation, herauszufinden, was zum Teufel sie als Nächstes machen sollten. Sie verbrachten den größten Teil des Jahres unter einer sogenannten „Doppelherrschaft”. Zwei verschiedene Regierungssysteme existierten unbeholfen nebeneinander. Auf der einen Seite stand die Duma, eine von oben nach unten gerichtete „demokratische” Struktur, die mehr oder weniger wie jede westliche #Republik aussah. Auf der anderen Seite standen die Sowjets, die demokratischen #Arbeiterräte, die sich zu einem größeren Kongress zusammenschlossen.

Im Großen und Ganzen war die Duma die Regierung der Gemäßigten und die #Sowjets die Regierung der Radikalen. Die radikale Fraktion (Bolschewiki, Anarchisten und Linkssozialisten) forderte, dass die Macht bei den Sowjets und nicht bei der Duma liegen sollte. Ihr Slogan lautete „Alle Macht den Sowjets”, was so viel bedeutete wie „Alle Macht dem Volk”.

Soweit ich weiß, wurde dieser Slogan von Wladimir Lenin geprägt.

Leider für so ziemlich alle Beteiligten und für die Geschichte des Sozialismus im 20. Jahrhundert meinte Lenin nicht, was er sagte. Er sprach von der Macht der Arbeiter, aber er wollte die persönliche Macht an sich reißen.

Als das russische Volk seine Oktoberrevolution machte (die, ehrlich gesagt, eher ein Staatsstreich war – die Anarchisten hatten große Teile des Militärs unter ihrer Kontrolle und setzten die Duma mit Gewalt ab), dauerte der politische Pluralismus nur ein paar Monate, bevor Lenin und die Bolschewiki die Macht an der Spitze der sowjetischen Struktur zentralisierten, genau die Sowjets entrechteten, denen sie angeblich Macht übertragen wollten, und die anderen Leute, die ihnen in beiden Revolutionen geholfen hatten (wie die #Anarchisten und die #Linkssozialisten), verhafteten, verboten und töteten.

Heutzutage werden dir die #Bolschewiki und ihre Verteidiger sagen, dass die Zentralisierung der Macht und die Übernahme der #Staatsmacht notwendig waren, um eine sozialistische Revolution zu machen, aber die Sache ist, dass sie bereits eine sozialistische Revolution gemacht hatten. Sie hatten ein riesiges, koordiniertes Netzwerk von #Arbeiterräten in ihrem riesigen Land aufgebaut und sowohl den Zaren als auch die repräsentative Demokratie gestürzt, nur damit ein paar ihrer Anführer den Arbeitern einen Streich spielten und einen autoritären Staat schufen.

Es waren #Dezentralisierung und #Pluralismus, die die Zaren besiegten, es waren Dezentralisierung und Pluralismus, die die #Duma besiegten (wenn auch auf fragwürdigere Weise). Es war die #Zentralisierung, die sich durchsetzte und den Slogan „Alle Macht den Sowjets“ zu einer kranken Verhöhnung seiner selbst machte.

Die Leute nahmen das nicht einfach so hin, und es gab einen ganzen Bürgerkrieg mit einer Menge verschiedener Seiten (es gab eine weiße Armee, eine schwarze Armee, eine rote Armee, eine grüne Armee und verschiedene Nationalisten, die einfach nur komplett unabhängig von Russland sein wollten). Aber am Ende siegten die Bolschewiki. Nach einem letzten Kampf für den sozialistischen Pluralismus in der Schlacht von #Kronstadt wurden die Leute, die (nach meiner Definition) eine echte Revolution wollten, besiegt.
