For 10 years, the mysterious collective from Croydon, South London, has been practicing musical hypnosis through a fascinating discography. With "Apeiron", Five The Hierophant has found the ultimate formula, the quintessence of its heady music, interweaving with taste and certain delicacy the different elements which forge this very particular sound. Between Doom, Drone, Jazz and Post Metal, the music of Five The Hierophant is a true sonic adventure, enhanced by the inimitable saxophone of Jon Roffey, forging musical landscapes in the form of dark and meditative rituals.
