I love how the artifacts in Rogue core which require you to defeat a small boss and deposit its core can give you upgrades that are as good as random elemental damage on your weapon every time you reload or like plus 50 armor
I don't go for artifacts for this reason it could even be the best shit you've seen or just dog water the inconsistency is not worth the squeeze
You're much much much better off just going for a heavy weapons crate and getting something actually worthwhile
