Congratulations to the winners of the #DreiLänderHack ! 👏 There were very interesting challenges ranging from e.g. developing an app for booking pan-European train tickets, to optimising spacial use in and around train stations, or optimising public transport connections. Some of the code that was developed during this hackathon can be found on the GitHub page of the @openrail here: https://github.com/OpenRail-Playground

I'm very excited to be part of the #DreiLänderHack, a hackathon that brings together European railway companies for working on shared solutions that improve the European railway system and experience. Involved are the Austrian ÖBB, the Swiss SBB, the French SNCF, and the German DB. I'm also very happy to see that @openrail is involved, an initiative for #opensource software in the railway sector. 🤩
