Woke up in pain but feeling better now
I woke up in pain today. The worst I’ve had in a long while. A red day and no mistake.
Then, because I had promised to go, I got dragged out for a cuppa and a bacon butty. By the time I got home, I felt pretty good. The cure here was a combination of the right medication, good company, fresh air, eating something nice, and doing the stretches that Dr Ben taught me.
