Track 1 finished early, causing people to walk in to track 2 while it was still going.
Because track 1 finished early, the next talk also started early, causing people from track 2 to walk in "late" to track 1.I understand that talks sometimes underrun on time, but the next talk should have waited until its scheduled time.
