related to the #dnssec retoot, why don't we use #dnscurve instead???

question, why did #dnscurve never take off? @bert_hubert or maybe someone else knows? is the reason it kills - a certain kind of - #surveillance #capitalism, while dns over http still enables it in a much more concentrated - #chokepoint #capitalist - way? is this a reason? not? are there other reasons?
