    I’m using 21 Big Pear #tomatoes in tonight’s #dinner - the reliable old #DevilledSausages - using #CumberlandPork snags this time round.

    The meal is on a 4 hour slow cook as the sausage skins can be very thick at times - luck of the Irish I guess - but my better half isn’t a fan of the skins.

    Meanwhile, there are about 18 ripe Big Pears not yet picked today AND some of my #CherokeePurple tomatoes are starting to ripen!
