  1. Sonos opóźnia wprowadzenie swojego pierwszego dekodera (dostawki) TV i ogranicza produkcję słuchawek w obliczu problemów z aplikacją mobilną.

  6. For a quiet analysis of the #LokSabha2024 election results, no shouting, no dramatics, no hyper reactions, check out Dr. Prannoy Roy's #deKoder live stream on YouTube.

  11. The ongoing repression of Belarusian society now extends to the banning of literary works seen as seditious. The reason can only be that they offer the regime its true reflection, writes the poet Andrej Chadanovič. Via #dekoder

There is a very interesting article about salaries and motivation to fight for russian soldiers by #dekoder called "Putins Economy of Death". Unfortunately it is in german, but maybe translation tools can help.

The key point is: With all the salaries and extra payments for the families of deceased a 30-35yr. old man from the poorer regions of Russia will earn more by fighting in Ukraine for six months and then dying then working the rest of his life.
This doesn't mean they sign up with the plan to die. Most probably believe they'll survive, cash the salary AND continue working back at home.
Together with the prevalent glorification of death in war it explains why there isn't much complaining from the families of the deceased. And also why many sign up for contracts despite not really supporting a war that seems to go nowhere.

  19. Bystro #34: Kann ein #Staatsbankrott #Putin stoppen? Quelle: #dekoder

#Russland droht ein Staatsbankrott. Was genau bedeutet das?
