Ich bin gerade dabei, meine #Cloudspeicher zu konsolidieren und in die #NextCloud zu schaufeln.
Dabei fällt mir auf, dass ich viele #Fotos doppelt und dreifach gespeichert habe.
Kennt jemand eine verlässliche #deduplicate Software für Bilder?
Teilweise habe ich Bilder natürlich durch Filter geschickt und möchte dann beide Dateien behalten.
Wir sprechen hier von ca. 1TB Daten. -
:boosts_ok_gay: I'm looking for some #FOSS solution to index and manage a handful of hard drives left behind by a departed relative. I know there's a bunch of overlap on them due to haphazard backup strategies and need to somehow efficiently archive the contents, #deduplicate them sort of. So far I've looked at #digitalForensics toolkits but since this is tangential to their focus area I wouldn't really know which one I could pervert to my needs.
Well versed in sysadminery, have the (slow spinners) RAID space to store it all but overwhelmed! There's at least 4TB so far and I just found another stack of 2TB usb drives. :blobcatsurprised:

Holy fuck I just realized that not only does @MonaApp #deduplicate boosts now, IT ALSO HIDES ANY BOOSTS I MAKE. My timeline is SO much less cluttered! 🙀
