Ich würde ein Gespräch mit Johann-Peter Hartmann & Björn Schotte empfehlen. Nicht nur weil der Vortrag unterhaltsam und für Techies als auch Management verständlich ist, sondern - und *vor allem*:
Weil es glaubwürdig ist.
Weil man sieht, durch welche Stufen man sich quälen *wird*, wenn man das "mal schnell" selber machen wird.
(Weil ich mich selber in gewissen Stufen wiedergefunden habe *hüstel)
Weil aus den Fehlern von anderen lernen will ... (also ich zumindest)

TL;DR: wie immer ist es nicht GANZ so einfach (aber das Event war echt cool)
