@samsung I've turned to your #SamsungCommunity only to discover your rules are so prohibative no one posts to it.

My post *is* related to "Samsung devices, One UI, or the Samsung ecosystem" but most certainly is an individual support question. I paid way more than I could reasonably afford to purchase your #Samsung #Galaxy #A53 5G #SM-A536W

The latest unwanted "upgrade" deprives me of the ability to take MY OWN PHOTOS or FILES files off of MY PHONE. This is no *upgrade*. This is #ransomeware

WTF have you done???

I didn't buy this thing for the phone, I bought it because the specs made the A53 5G SM-A536W seem to have a camera approximating the capabilities of my Huawei P30 Pro. It didn't, but, it was all I could afford at the time.

It is annoying to be forced to try to remove or at least turn off a bunch of junk like Bixby Vision that I don't want but Samsung baked into my phone. I miss the ability to root my phone with #Cyanogenmod. But now Samsung is denying me the ability to access my own IP
