The US keeps bawling about not being able to get their heavily subsidized surplus dairy products into the Canadian market.
Have they ever wondered whether or not Canadians even *want* US milk?
I don't. The US dairy industry allows antibiotics into their milk, and uses artificial growth hormones to create mutant cows that produce more milk than, you know, healthy cows.
Canadian law prohibits the use of growth hormones in dairy cows. It also regulates the industry so that antibiotics aren't found in our milk, since that would mean the milk came from a cow that was receiving antibiotics. You know, because she's *sick*.
The US dairy industry wants to put their growth hormone milk and cheese on more Canadian shelves. That shit's banned in Canada for a reason.
US dairy, If you have surplus milk production, may I suggest NOT DOSING YOUR CATTLE WITH ARTIFICIAL HORMONES so that they produce more milk?
