  2. @zhivi Zaretta Hammond’s Culturally Responsive Teaching and the Brain is fantastic! My notes and reflections on Zaretta’s book…so powerful. mguhlin.org/search/label/Hammo #CulturallyResponsive #Education #History

  3. @suziwalks @dougholton Suzi, in light of my previous toot, I recommend several books. You can find my #Reading List here - mguhlin.org/p/my-reading-list.

    My must-read book recommendations include:
    1) Mike Bell's "The Fundamentals of Teaching"
    2) Hattie, Fisher, Frey's #VisibleLearning series (e.g. Literacy, Math, Science)
    3) Zaretta Hammond's " #CulturallyResponsive Teaching and the #Brain"

Now those should ground you in evidence-based strategies. The next list of books:

    4) Diane Sweeney's work - dianesweeney.com/

There are others but that's a great start. I've found if you know the evidence-based strategies, blending #DigitalTools is easy.
