When crashes in city corridors repeatedly end in death, the discussion often shifts from isolated blame to questions of traffic speed, enforcement, and street engineering.

Tried Sentry to finally get some diagnostics for a crash two users of my app get. Works fine for me so I haven’t been able to debug. Apple’s crash reporting does nothing and is pretty useless even when it works. Sentry seems really capable and it caught an OOM case already that Apple didn’t. The pricing is however totally confusing, I have no idea what it would cost. Sentry automatically subscibed me to an 89$/month scheme and that doesn’t happen. So no idea. 🤷♂️

In less than a month, another #Oregonian killed while #cycling by someone operating an empty log truck #TruckingIndustry #LogTrucks #LoggingTrucks
The Register-Guard provided a map clip, but did not include all information provided in the police report, much less discover & report new details like the speed limit. One omission was the truck driver's name. Police, however, did provide the name of the driver. Curious why that was omitted by the press? #CrashReporting
