Cannot say we deserved anything more than we got, but at least we look like a professional football club again, undeterred by the opponent.

Oh, this sucks. West Ham are playing, and I need them to lose.

But if they lose, then the @rse probably win the EPL.

If Hammers win, then maybe City are champs, but maybe also Spurs are Champ's.

    So...I'd have to cheer for...

No. That game does not exist. There are no sides. They are playing two other friendlies today, the results of which somehow will affect the EPL. No one in the game is worthy of my cheers.

Spurs have it all in our own hands. We beat Leeds, we stay up. Might even claw our way to 16th, or if wildly lucky, 15th.

Zen. Calm. I shall write for my blog, and enjoy football when it resumes tomorrow after this unusual break.

I mean, there are just some things that are morally beyond the pale.

    Supporting a genocide.

    Cheering for war crimes.

Not prosecuting a ring of horrific rich sociopaths who abuse children.

And of course, I don't think it needs to be mentioned, Article 1 of the Geneva Conventions: do not cheer for a South London side.

I have a strong moral code.

  29. Thanks for the confirmation, but his foul on Porro should have been his second yellow, long before this incident.

Early in the match he took a run at Romero, with zero chance at winning the ball & wiped him out late & recklessly, which the referee should have carded - but didn't.

He should have been off the pitch long before he injured a Romero AND Kinsky.

Your review process still got it wrong, #PGMOL - and your mistakes have been incredibly costly.
