CW: human stupidity
People who use phones when they have easy access to a laptop (or desktop) where they can see more information at once (and strain their eyes less) are stupid.
Easy access is defined as it taking less than 30sec to walk to and unlock it, or less than a minute when planning on doing longer/multiple tasks.
