    Wiggiest part about this incredibly wiggy 2009 #copsloitation movie was watching director #WernerHerzog in interviews at the time vociferously deny his film had anything - Anything at all! Nothing what so ever! - to do with #AbelFerrara's Bad Lieutenant. I'm convinced this was an Andy Kaufmanesque publicity stunt.
