你實在不知道往前會再踩到什麼，只好多想兩步，然後誘引那些因子探索一下其他可能性。你並不需要這種「榮譽」，因此最好的狀況是大家都認為那是自己的決定，跟你無關。

說小團隊可能比較容易，我倒是不反對，畢竟人少整體連結性天生就強一些。人多就不免小圈圈會出現。
至於其他，我想你們可能就是還沒機會碰過 ok 的團隊吧？管理那樣的團隊需要另外的技能，沒有相關的理解因此選擇常見方案也是可以的（你說了算），說「不可能」就可惜了。
