We need much stronger power on the consumer side. Money spend in advertising in France : 18 MM euros/y. Money spend by consummers defense organisations about 200M Euros (or less , i do not remember exactly) . 100 times less. We have to balance. -
Interesting new consumer protection law in the EU, if there is no liable importer or representative, the responsibility goes to the distributor, and in the case of e-commerce, to the online sale platform.
