My opinion: not only did he make that up, but Teal also threw his racist confusion about Asian nationalities into the mix. Not surprising for this County Board.

The Province has gutted Halifax of powers to do anything, one hopes this legal attack will draw attention Halifax citizry's losses of rights, consultation and democracy.
In a better timeline the courtcase would bring down both levels of government, but good luck at bringing attention to the degradation of government and democracy in Nova Scotia.
