I visited #CloudsHill in Dorset where T E Shaw (of Arabia) settled his PTSD down.
Interesting little place.The #BalfourDeclaration was made at a time of desperation and threat to the oil supply from the Middle East -plus ça change - and preceded much trouble, but FWIW it was definitely #conditional.
