Man I'd love to go to #clojureconj this year, but with two small kids at home it's really hard to take the time and budget to fly all the way to Charlotte for a few days! https://2026.clojure-conj.org

Awesome to hear Davis Shepherd and Jonathan Indig from Netflix talk about how stable the Clojure / Datomic ecosystem has been over the past 10 years, especially in comparison to the number of breaking changes that other open-source infrastructure projects have gone through in the same amount of time.
The talk is called ”A Decade on Datomic” for when videos are published

Clojure/conj 2025 is coming up in Charlotte, North Carolina. I'll be there. I might even talk.

I watched this talk by Stepan Parunashvili at #ClojureConj and as he was going through the modern FE architecture diagrams, I could really notice tension building in my body, ha. InstantDB seems like a very clever solution, makes me want to give it a try. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6FikTQf8qho&list=PLZdCLR02grLr4TWUP6qeLxIn4OJLNwKNZ&index=11

Sadly I can’t be at the #ClojureConj, but I took it as motivation to drive my :emacs: clojure-ts-mode PR over the finish line 🏁
It addresses handling definitions having metadata, a very common thing in Clerk notebooks.
