Not Reddit karma for me (I don't need it). Clicks for the workgroup.

4.7 thousand views and twenty-seven votes for a May 2026 post where I made an image post instead of a link post, and the image used ChatGPT.

1.6 thousand views and eight votes for a July post with an almost identical title. I tricked Reddit into embedding both a link to the YouTube video, and an AI-generated image. This far less effective post has, as its thumbnail, an official-looking frame from the video.

Sooo, my Clicks Power Keyboard arrived today. The keys are really small and the extra battery has its weight. But i think i can get used to it. Sadly, the Clicks App doesn't run without Google Play Services but all settings can be set via key combos. ☺️

I just took advantage of the extended early bird pricing on the Clicks Communicator. It's the most excited I've been about a phone since the BlackBerry KEY2 LE was announced at the end of 2018 (eight years ago).

I tried to talk myself out of it, but with the price of consumer tech, in general, continuing to surge, $429 was too good a deal to pass up for the value they are offering. I want them to succeed.

Got my clicks keyboard for iPhone17 today and I think fail #1 is out of the box I am met with having to install a fiddly foam strip in it without getting the alignment wrong. Also I should not be forced an account to even open the config app.

The privacy policy of #clicks is crap. Login is required to configure the keyboard, data is collected and associated to you. I should have known not to get my hopes up around this device.
