    To my fellow New Yorkers: The National Wildlife Federation Action Fund encourages you to let the Climate Action Council know you support a strong plan to lay out the blueprint for #NewYork’s proposed Climate Leadership and Community Protection Act (the “CLCPA”).

    About one-fourth of all bird species found in New York during the summer are climate-vulnerable, and many may be forced north due to rising temperatures. A new plan, meant to carry out the proposed #CLCPA, aims to reduce emissions which will benefit New York’s #birds and other vulnerable #wildlife.
