I've been wondering given the range of discretion amongst judges if there is any metric or tracker of such. We've all heard of hanging judges and judge shoppers, after all. Do blogs exist? I'm thinking in particular here of the ~171 New York Supreme Court judges who handle Class E felonies. Ceteris paribus.
