Finished a Clapotis scarf last night. Ended with 5g left out of a 162g skein and definitely couldn’t have gotten another repeat out, happy with that. Having a hard time resisting just casting on another one - this is such a satisfying knit. #knitting #clapotis

Very happy with how this #clapotis turned out now that it’s blocking. Glad that I asked the recipient for thoughts on how to handle my yarn chicken failure, because the solution to use a contrast color for the corner was much simpler than my convoluted alternatives. Plus now I’ve cast another one on with the pink/raspberry yarn. #knitting

I only have two main projects in progress right now & neither of them is socks - that’s unusual for me! I’m suspicious of this number though. What do I have tucked away that I set aside bc I wasn’t enjoying knitting it in summer heat and forgot? I just reached the straight rows section of my #clapotis and am saving that for upcoming travel. Also crocheting a Summertime Tee, a pattern from Toni Lipsey. #knitting #crochet
