I graduated from Brown in 1970, but never went to the Hummocks before it closed the same year. Sorry I missed it.
I love a traditional rockweed firepit RI clambake — steamed lobster, clams, mussels, corn, potatoes — and had three by McGrath’s for company events.

It’s the most wonderful time of the year.
Bought some corn. Bought some clams. Some andouille. A petite lobster even. A feast is upcoming.
This steamer, BTW, is over 60 years old. It has been heavily used (for a uni-tasker) and only has a few tiny chips in the enamel.
