“Please know that there will be good days and bad days. Some hours of the day I may have the ability to do things, and others I will not. My sensitivities will fluctuate (noise, light, heat/cold, chemicals, food intolerances, etc.). There will be interventions that work for a period of time, and then suddenly don’t. Unusual symptoms may randomly appear.
Know that I have spent mounds of time and energy trying to figure out the ‘whys.’”
