I want to deploy #Okular as PDF reader on our Windows clients with #OPSI in the library. The only official way I have found is to download and install Okular via MS Store.

MS Store is blocked of course on these machines. Is that what you want @kde? Why can't I simply download the EXE?
I have now downloaded it from #Chocolaty, renamed the NUPKG file to ZIP and copied the EXE file out of it to build an OPSI package.🤷♀️ 🤓
