Anyway this is what I went for in #ChicksNiOtit: #grilled #liempo and sizzling #sisig
It was good :munch:
I like the softness of the liempo fat, it must've been cooked like twice (first boiled or adobo'd and then grilled), that'd explain why it took a while to get served :munch_rainbowoverlay:
And the sisig is close to authentic, which plenty of sisigs around the PH fail at :munch:
The sisig costed me 350 pesos, while the liempo 330 pesos :bugcatmoney:
