#Pandan and #Lemongrass... Interesting combination for a #juice

#cooking last night i used some #tamarind soup base i picked up at my local asian market, added garlic, #lemongrass, #ginger, #turmeric root, and thai #chilis, got that broth going and then added pressed firm tofu, enoki-like mushrooms (shorter and wider), #shiritaki noodles, and some large shrimp. i just had some more when i got home. #delicious.

Mise en place. Condiments to be served with lemongrass-ginger and coconut-chicken curry. One of my favorite winter meals and fun to serve to guests. Included here is a fresh coriander-mint chutney and a lemongrass-ginger paste which can be added to individual bowls according to taste.
