Merlin II, programmed by Mike Pepperday for the #PC1248, was sold in thousands and I own a few of them. I knew of a competitor's product, #CELESTICOMP V, but I never had seen one live until today, when today a NOS one was delivered 😁. I bought it for 140 Euro in the USA (incl. shipping, taxes and customs duty).
Compared to Merlin II it has the great advantage of having the software in a ROM module.
