Augustus (Saskatchewan, Canada) had an ear infection. The required treatment is ear drops twice daily and ear cleaning with soap every 2-3 days. Ear drops are great, says Augustus, enjoying his ear massage. He could not be reached for comment after the ear cleaning, as he was busy hiding under the couch.
