AHMAGERD one of my all time favourite designs, I am a sucker for a wedge. The Lotus Esprit. Would never own one but god do I love this shape and colour scheme. Perfection.

A Purvis Eureka was there. Built on a Beetle chassis, absolutely no performance, and stiflingly hot as no air con or openable windows.

This Fiat 850 was immaculate and adorable!

The cops were there too, as this is a fund raiser for Police Legacy. A cop chopper flew overhead and did donuts in the sky above us, whilst playing the siren 🤣

Heading into town this morning and watching the convoy of classic cars heading up to #Barraba for the #CarShow at the RSL and I'm cursing owning land and having no time for the good things.
In the convoy....
A whole bunch of old Mercs
A split screen Kombi and a newer one
A schmick GTS HQ
A bunch of 90s Fords
A Kawasaki Z900 with sidecar
A VL wagon with a HUGE bonnet scoop
A HG Premier -
The first front section was full of white cars and the second was rapidly filling up. Other colours were being redirected to the side and rear car parks. It wasn't even 8am yet (that clock in the background is broken).

Decided to go wander about and see what else had arrived.

This monster of a Porsche Cayenne rolled in. Chatted to the owner, who has a couple Haffies (natch) and he's taken this beast all over Australia.

I followed the Pinz back to the 4WD section.

Look what I see in the distance, a Pinzgauer!

The chrome work down the side of the Beetle was an Australian only thing called flashing. It looks so nice, pity it never took off anywhere else.
