Saturday afternoon I rode Big Bike ⚪🚲 to have it serviced. 🚴‍♀️

Different shop from the 1 last week. This one was able to accommodate my #bike right away for a motor overhaul + bike spa + drivetrain tuning + battery balancing + cell replacement (1 series was dead). All completed the same day. 👍

In the evening I went dancing. 💃
Then I rode home. 🚴‍♀️

Quite tired.
And yet...

It's 2AM and I'm still wide awake. 😶

Can't sleep. So tired.
My mind is full of ideas and noise. The silence is filled with beeps and creaks. Or is it my mind too?
My head is so heavy, and so are my eyelids. The laptop lid is always open.
I won't wake up in time. I won't get up in time. I won't try that hard. I'll just give up again. Will I?

mind won't shut off so here's what I did to keep me busy for a couple hours. Playing with random patterns and mixing markers and pencils. Plus is more experimenting with the handmade tone paper I picked up.

Let's call it "Magic in the Patterns." Why? I don't know, it just sounds good to me.

I'm continuing to struggle sleeping comfortably while camping. I'm a side sleeper and get major hip pain... So I decided I need to do some practicing at home.

I think one of the keys for me is deflating the air mattress to where my hips are barely off the ground. This seems to take some of the pressure off my hips. I'm going to test some other ideas as well (various knee pillows, extra pad, etc...).

Can't sleep. Been in bed listening to my sleep playlist for an hour and nothing. Where as 90 minutes ago, I was fighting to stay awake to watch the TV. I tried to do the right thing (and go to bed early), but that's clearly when my brain decided it would wake up. I hate being a night owl but have to live like a morning lark...
