CW: depression, therapy
I'm thinking about it and my head has really been free or nearly-free of suicidal ideation for at least a couple weeks now, this seems like a positive sign. One way of looking at this, the #medication can free me of those thoughts and then [i.e. now] it's up to me to make my "mood" better in #therapy (and with #cannabic interventions I guess)
