  14. I have so many projects that I've dreamed about for years but not yet committed to the page. Faced with the unchecked proliferation of AI, I'm almost feeling like I might have missed my chance.

    I want to believe that there are still enough people out there who would prefer to read work written by a fellow human, not an LLM. Still, it's more than a little discouraging sometimes, especially for someone who studied Creative Writing as part of their MFA.
