Peasholm Park in Scarborough, is a popular attraction in Scarborough, North Yorkshire.

The park is designed with a distinct oriental theme, featuring pagodas, a Chinese bridge, and other traditional oriental structures. This design was part of the trend during the Edwardian era when oriental influences were popular in garden designs.

As per usual for my good ladys birthday mini-break we were of course back in the holiday rental at Scalby Lodge - Oour fave place in Burniston.

One morning when my good lady woke up early she was blessed by a visit from one of the local hares. Hares are one of her favourite animals so this started the day off wonderfully for her.

Tbe Cleveland Way runs at the back of the Scalby Lodge cottages. It is a National Trail in Northern England, stretching for 110 miles (176 km) from the town of Helmsley in North Yorkshire to Filey in East Yorkshire. The section of the trail that runs along the cliffs is particularly popular offering stunning views of the coast, as well as a chance to spot wildlife such as seabirds, seals, and porpoises.
