Has anyone checked in on the #Burkes. Haven't seen them having their rights trampled for what seems hours

This is a terrible decision by #AttorneyGeneral #RossaFanning. #EnochBurke and the #BurkeFamily have waged a persistent campaign to undermine the rule of law, by defying injunctions, disrupting court proceedings, and systematically promoting lies about the courts.

The AG has given the #Burkes a license to continue their campaign against the rule of law. 😡 Criminal #contemptofcourt will continue 😞

#BBCNews are pushing the far-right narrative all day today on Northern Ireland BBC TV news bulletins about the #Burkes that Enoch was suspended from his teaching job for refusing to use trans pronouns. He was actually suspended for his behaviour at a board of management meeting and other public occasions. Even just reading about the #Burkes is exhausting! Do they ever take a day off. Even their God took one day off a week.

The current Burke situation is a perfect example of the equitable maxim of he who seeks equity must do equity. In other words if you want the court to grant your injunction from sacking you then might consider abiding by the injunction to stay away from the school #burkes #irishlaw #law #equity
