Love this 😊 There's this lovely girl on youtube, Martina of #KingKogi channel who suffers due to #EDS. She calls this #BuildALadder. That 1st small win, however tiny, is the first rung of your ladder out of that hole where pain or depression or lack of momentum tries to hold you and if you got on the ladder at all, then you've already won. You have won at putting a line between HOW you are and WHO you are and that one tiny step says you are both a builder of ladders and a climber :)
