I don’t “market” these much and the tools are relatively new, but:
If you like to change your online footprint through random but realistic data, consider using New Tab Traffic Randomizer for fake traffic on opening new tabs, and/or Searcher for random automatically triggered searches.
Chromium browsers for now, but I plan to offer these for WebKit browsers as well.

Country Highlighter Chromium can now be enabled on all websites!
My own use is dual: Spot updates especially about Israel, their genocide on Palestinians, and their wars on Islamic countries, and to learn when people and orgs are supportive of these crimes (BDS).
That’s just one use case though—the extension can also help to, say, study other cultures or learn about travel destinations.

https://yomitan.wiki/ is SO USEFUL for learning japanese.... it tells you about inflections and explains them when you click on them, and also has an audio function!
10ten reader is awesome, but yomitan is leagues above even if it is a little more complicated to setup.
dunno if it's useful to anyone else but I discovered it last week and it's been significantly useful already.
