Recently I finally got off my ass (pun intended) and started seriously investigating adding a bidet seat to one of our toilets.
I was going to save time and energy by buying the fanciest model available at #Costco, but it won't fit our toilet because of a raised contour at the back of the bowl. It took me three email exchanges with #Kohler to extract that information.
Now I'm exchanging email with #Brondell to see if theirs will fit.
