Ha! Haven't done this in years.
Glad I can still get the full tea paraphernalia at #Bridgehead. You have to ask for each step these days, rather than standard operating procedure, but the pots and milk pitchers are still around.
They're not what they used to be as a little stand-alone, then later independent micro-chain, but at least they aren't owned by SecondCup anymore.

Walking thru my 'hood, I see a new #coffeeShop emerging. Still step ladders and paint buckets but should be close.
A long-standing #Bridgehead coffee shop closed across the street as that little local chain got bought out by a big corp. They seem to be shrinking as per big corporate modus operandi.
Hope this new one is decent. Wish it were indie, but that name sounds franchisey.

#Toronto corp #AegisBrands has decided to use tip-sharing to maintain the wage disparity between workers and managers at their #Ottawa #Bridgehead coffeeshops after the recent #Ontario #MinimumWage increase. So basically they're taking worker pay to boost frontline managers'.
