Even though I am generally satisfied with my ISP, sometimes I wonder. About an hour ago I lost my connection, checked and discovered I no longer receive an IP-adress. So I turn to the support form. But I cannot submit it without giving them my IP-adress.

@mc I don’t like #Bredband2 either after they screwed up my connection after moving. First they didn’t connect me and when they eventually did they still charged me for the subscription at the old place as well. Unfortunately the alternative providers are those I have even worse experience with.
